QUOTES // Quotes are valid for 7 days but your wedding date is not secure until a non refundable retainer is paid into the nominated account and this agreement is signed. Bookings are based off a first come first serve basis and in the event of another client booking this service prior to the deposit hitting the photographers nominated account this job may be voided and deposit returned.

COPYRIGHT // Copyright remains with Kate Drennan Photography. All images you receive must not be altered unless approved (This includes Instagram and iPhone filters). Images must not be distributed to publications of third parties (including vendors, magazines and online blogs) without getting permission from the photographer. Vendors will be sent the images by the photographer. Images may be submitted to online and print magazines and blogs by the photographer only.

INVOICES // Invoices are final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless approved by the business owner. All invoices must be paid on or before the date due stated on the invoice or the studio may decide to void the job. If an invoice requires alteration at a later date you may add on hours of coverage and products (where available) but not deduct from your package. Any extra service or products will be priced accordingly to the price list at the time of the change, and not the one at the time of booking as prices may have changed. As most weddings will book a year in advance, processes, products and prices may have changed since the time of booking. As costs go up added extras like coverage hours, album covers, extra album spreads and product hire services may have risen by this time. Album covers, designs and paper stocks evolve rapidly along so please be aware that the products received on and after the wedding day may differ slightly to those you saw at time of purchase.

IMAGES // Wedding photos will be ready for collection within 6-10 weeks with the lesser being during quieter winter months and the greater being popular months like March, April, October and over Christmas. Whilst I am as eager as you to see the final product I also want to make sure I spend as much time on them as I can to give you the best possible product. Files will be supplied in edited digital JPG format usually at a minimum of 3600px wide to print up to 8 x 12inch prints.  RAW Files will not be given. The unedited RAW and JPEG files shall remain in the possession of the photographer and will not be released under any circumstances to the Client or any other third party. The creative process in terms of photos delivered and editing styles including colour and black and white editing is up to the photographer. The client may enquire about purchasing images in colour or black & white after the day. Please make a note if you do not wish for any black and white images before booking.
