I’m so used to outdoor weddings under the stars that I forget that it does still rain and Perth does get cold in the Winter!

Here are some of my favourite Indoor wedding venues in Perth, mainly what I look for is not only a pretty venue but good natural light through large windows and venues with some under cover options or clear marquees. 

MOANA HALL 

In the heart of the City, Moana Hall has gone through some changes and is now a moody speakeasy style venue. 

LAMONT’S BISHOP’S HOUSE

Inside the clear marquee, you will still feel like you’re outside amongst the gardens.

Get married on the rolling lawns and have photos in the beautiful gardens or stroll into the City. 

The inbuilt marquee is perfect for weddings all year round. 

STATE BUILDINGS PERTH

Get hitched on the lawns of Cathedral Square then drop the bridal party off for a drink at Petition bar whilst you two go for some photos around Como The Treasury, then options for dinner past the neon lights, Thai goodness and colourful courtyard of Long Chim, or upstairs at Post/ Print Hall. 

PERTH CITY FARM (BYO)

I prefer The Art Room to photograph in over the Barn as it has better light and is a bit prettier in photos.

WILKINSON GALLERY, CLAREMONT

MONTGOMERY HALL CLAREMONT

Originally built in 1904 as a dining hall and theatre for the adjoining hospital, this majestic building has been meticulously restored, transformed and modernised to create a truly unique and versatile venue for weddings, corporate events, private functions and much more. Montgomery Hall captures the elegance and romance of a bygone era making it Perth’s most exciting new venue.

Montgomery Hall’s breathtaking, spacious Grand Ballroom seats up to 150 people.

Suited to – Corporate, Weddings
Capacity – 200 standing, 150 seated

PERTH TOWN HALL

Perfect for large weddings of 200 of your faves, this indoor Victorian Gothic style building is perfect.

GUILD HALL

For smaller weddings as without the open courtyard you will only have a small space for a ceremony that turns into a cocktail reception.

If you love colour and the vibe of Freo -this place is for you!
