My style is high end, yet laid back and down to earth. My couple’s love each other so much it smacks you in the face looking through their wedding albums and they sure aren’t afraid to show it on the day!
If you’re looking for a loud personality and fedora-wearing hipster photographer that smacks browny-orange on-trend filters all over your images giving you an extra fake tan, I’m probably not the right person.
Most of my couples say I am a calming influence on the day. I sometimes mix up my words and can be an introvert, but I am always looking for ways to help you on the day and guide you when you need it.
I try go over and above, being the only photographer who gives you wedding planning information along the way to help you through the whole process, not just rock up on the day. Yes, I’m not the cheapest photographer but you get what you pay for and I highly recommend you do more research than just finding a photographer with 2-3 nice photos on Instagram who will miss countless shots. I photograph moments, not poses.
I love photographing in good natural light so only bring the flash out if it’s too dark to see you. Taking this into account I like to shoot location portraits the hour or two before sunset for the best light so tend not to shoot church weddings, especially at 1:00PM.
I prefer golden fields to mowed green grass any day and love a good sparkler entry or surprise confetti cannon explosion to get the party started!

HOW MANY HOURS COVERAGE WILL WE NEED?
Included in my collections is ‘Timeline Prep’, I show you how much time I need for each part of the day.
Coverage maximum is 10 hours. In Summer there may be a minimum coverage just ask.
If you need something different just let me know before booking and I can see if it will still allow me to do my best work and get you the best possible images.
The last thing you want to do on a wedding day is rush and stress, and believe me, I have been to hundreds of weddings so know a thing or two about timing and the stress!
As a guide, I suggest that with a bridal party I require a minimum of
Grooms Prep – 1 Hour
Brides Prep – 2 Hours
Pre-Ceremony Time – 30 Minutes
Ceremony Time – 30 Minutes civil or up to 2 hours for religious ceremonies
Congratulations & Family Photos – 30 Minutes
Optional drinking with friends time – 10-30 minutes
Locations Photos – 1-2 Hours – I like at least 1 hour per location
Reception – 1-4 Hours depending on what is important to you, I only need 30 mins max if you want dancing shots.
WHAT TIME SHOULD OUR CEREMONY BE?
I help all my couples with your wedding photography timeline.
As a guide, most of my Summer weddings have a 4:00 or 4:30pm ceremony if their reception is at 6:30pm and at the same venue.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Most definitely! I love mixing my passion for travel and landscapes into wedding photography to create magic!
Check down the bottom of the price list for a rough guide to travel fees or just shoot through a message.
I provide my own transport on a wedding day besides any helicopter rides, ferries or other unique modes of transport.
If, especially with destination weddings, it is easier and quicker for me to hop in the limo or minibus with the bridal party to go off for any round trip location photos, this allows for more time photographing and less time finding a park.
Please note, for obvious reasons I do not drive any guests, bride, and groom or guest on a wedding day and are not liable for any incidents, accidents, damage to person or products.
As your loved ones might be from all around the world, I include a gorgeous online gallery viewing platform for you to have for a minimum of 6 months to view, download images quickly, share with loved ones and print from. Your gallery includes a print store where you can easily make your own products and see what they will look like with the images you choose.
I am a huge fan of giving so I usually make up little heirloom packages for my clients that include some fine art prints in an antique box for your coffee table (Subject to availability)
IS THERE AN EASY WAY FOR GUESTS TO VIEW THE IMAGES?
This stylish gallery will be the best way to share all your images with friends and family who attended or sadly couldn’t be there. Up for at least 6 months, guests can view your gorgeous images, share them on social media and purchase all different kinds of prints because lets be honest, they are also going to want to show the world!

HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE RECEIVE AND WHEN?
All weddings are different but roughly 50 or so images per hour of coverage. In saying this I don’t count images so you just get all the winners!
I have an 8-10 week turnaround time, as good things take time, this is a rough estimate!
ARE IMAGES WATERMARKED?
NO WAY! That’s so 2000’s and lame.
CAN WE PRINT THEM OURSELVES?
They are all yours and you get non-commercial usage rights to print for personal use. I just recommend using a professional printer if you intend on hanging the image in direct sunlight or to keep it for more than a few months. Same day/ instant photo machines have really hit and miss colouring and are usually non-archival. Wanting something that lasts? Use your online gallery shopping cart and I will print it professionally for you!
CAN I SEND THE PHOTOS TO MY MAKEUP ARTIST, FLORIST ETC?
Please just give any vendor my email address and I will send them the correct images and usage copyright form to ensure your images are kept safe and used correctly.
DO YOU MAKE WEDDING ALBUMS?
ONLY THE BEST! VIEW MORE HERE
There’s nothing better than the feel of a luxurious Fine Art album. They are so pretty you will never want it to leave your hands. The thick pages, beautiful silk linen or leather-bound covers, the smell, lay-flat pages, the chic design, they are seriously the best. The design is all done for you and you get to preview the artwork before it goes off to print with an option to make up to 10 alterations (photo swaps or removals) with 2 revisions max within 7 days. Fine Art Albums will be an heirloom in your family for years to come.
DO YOU SHOOT SOLO?
I’m practically a ninja. I shoot from all angles. I believe a photographer shouldn’t be noticed and prefer intimate weddings to the big movie set productions so love to shoot solo (and preferably without 2-3 videographers with 5 cameras and their annoying tripods where possible :p). All my photo babes who are similar to my style are most likely shooting their own weddings and I don’t want to hire anyone less than the best / just there for the company so I don’t see the need in you paying for one so don’t include one. If you would like a second shooter for larger weddings over 200 people or for groom’s prep photos they are $350+GST/hour inclusive of the extra images and processing.

Because all great stories let you ‘Choose your own adventure’ I have a few collections that give you a discount on engagement sessions and albums, otherwise just select your base hours and create your own!
Once your venue is locked in make a time to come have a yarn then once you’re ready to book I just require non-refundable booking Retainer / Date Hold Fee and a signed contract to seal the deal! From there you will have your own online portal which you can log into at any time to view and update details. I spend countless hours creating the perfect system to make the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible and create extensive content to give you any recommendations, tips, and tricks to the planning process so you can stop sweating the small stuff and have fun!
